Chef Brian will guide you through making homemade BBQ sauce, oven-roasted ribs, and a shrimp boil wrapped in foil. You’ll also prepare a fresh apple and radish slaw to complement the meal, then top it all off with s’mores featuring ganache and toasted meringue.
